Exchange Policy
At Maple Leaf by Neeta Saraf, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it reaches you. Since our products are made to be kept, we want your experience with us to be just as considered.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the product.

An exchange is applicable only if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

We are unable to offer exchanges for reasons of personal preference, sizing, or change of mind, given the handcrafted and made-to-be-kept nature of our pieces.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us assess your request accurately and process it without delay, we request you to record a video while opening the package for the first time, before removing the product entirely from its packaging. This video is mandatory for any defect or exchange claim to be considered valid.
Please ensure the video clearly shows:

The unboxing process, unbroken and uncut

The product and packaging once opened, including the visible defect, if any
